He goes above and beyond to help his customers. The store is always clean and stocked well. It will be sad to see Joe leave and start a new adventure, but I wish him the best. They work hard to keep the store clean and organized, they know an overwhelming majority of customers by name and know their regular purchases, and they are all so willing and happy to help anyone who asks. They give people the benefit of the doubt and have some of the warmest and biggest hearts I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in horrible pain and a correspondingly bad mood, and it always evaporates when I go here and interact with people. It’s a wonderful family and I love being a part of it.
