We saw Dr. Levie twice this week (one for our new dog and one for our older cat). She took her time with both pets to help them feel more comfortable which in turn, helped me feel more comfortable. Rosalie came to us from the animal shelter and we are still learning each other. Dr. Levie assured us that we are doing the right things and that she is a good dog. We are excited to see Dr. Levie in the future.

Right at a month ago our stray kitty whom adopted us had something going on with his ears. He had been shaking his head alot Like something was bothering him so concerned I took him in to see what was going on. Well like most everyone these days we are strapped for cash so I took him in praying for the BEST but cheapest outcome all the same. Dr Ayers says no ear mites nor eggs that he could see but they tend to hide from the light still he most definitely has an INFECTION in his left ear. I go back and get the meds the following day thinking antibiotics of some kind to get rid of the infection, right?! Wrong, this entire time I've been putting humans equivalent to neosporin in his ears thinking of course this will fix my boy but yet he was gradually getting worse. Has lost alot of weight and as of last night hasn't slept any and is crying out in pain rubbing his ear on everything he can find and vomiting. He shook loose some cloudy liquid last night so I called up there and found out not only have they prolonged his suffering but waisted my money that I told them I didn't have to begin with. Why would they not give him the antibiotic ointment you are charging me again for now that I absolutely don't have $57 more to spend. Not now!! so I'm balling crying because my poor cat is suffering and I had no idea and cannot afford to fix it now. I don't think I should be charged the full amount for the meds but deduct the cost of the other meds that I waisted my money on. Heck it's been a month just since I decided to take him to the vet idk how Long he has been suffering before that. He has only been with us for a short time. This is messed up. I was literally $7 short of having enough to end his suffering today but they didn't care about any of this or my cat just the $$$

I brought Randi Roundabout a kitten thrown out the passenger side of a car in the roundabout in Randleman and unknown to me she ran up into my car engine and rode all the way to Liberty (30 minutes) I worked for four hours and never knew she was there. Someone in the parking lot told me before I headed home. She had Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids antibodies and I had two cats at home. I was going to get her shots and spayed and she was going to be a barn cat at a horse rescue. Had to put her down. The staff was amazing and very caring when I brought her in to be euthanized. She was a special kitten and loved people and wasn't afraid of anything. Such a shame she never had a chance. Thank you for everything. My dog and two cats are patients at Archdale Animal Clinic and I will always be back.
