Your local pharmacist doesnt care about you, my insurance didnt fill a prescription but my pharmacist decided to not call me and tell me so i had to go through medication withdrawals without realizing it was awful it was only gabbapett however you spell it but i definitely dont think they should be voted best pharmacy when they cant take the time to care for their clientele

called to check on a prescription and the woman that answered was extremely rude and didn’t want to help. I asked for her to provide in more detail why a prescription was denied thinking it was a prior authorization issue and she got really loud and said no no no not a prior authorization it was the doctor and slammed the phone down as I was in the middle of saying thank you and hung up on me. Called my doctor to ask about it and found out that this was not the case. Regardless I do not appreciate being hung up on as a customer calling in asking for some assistance.

Would not recommend! Learned our drugstore was no longer in our network. Archdale Drug was so we made a visit there to transfer all of our prescriptions. After they took our information, they advised that “we don’t accept new customers if they have any controlled substance prescriptions”. No reason given, just that “we don’t”, love supporting local business…apparently this business doesn’t feel the same.

I came by earlier this week to buy some over the counter medication. I was helped by a young man named Connor. He was really nice and found what I was looking for right away. I was impressed with his knowledge and how kind he was! In the event I need more Over the counter medications.

This is the only drug store as far as I am concerned. Always gets your prescriptions immediately., Everyone that works there are so kind and friendly. Archdale Drug is absolutely the best pharmacy hands down. No one is a stranger to them. You will be treated with respect and courtesy. I would choose them over any chain drugstore. On another note it sure doesn't hurt that they always have my glass bottled cokes.
