“Crafting on a budget? This is the place to pick up supplies and some inspiration. In case you didn't know: YouTube has some great videos about crafts using dollar tree finds check some of them out then plan a trip to the dollar tree; and pick up some snacks while your there. It may break your diet but it shouldn't break your budget. Happy crafting!”
“I've recently visited the Dollar Tree on Groometown Rd. I was on a mission to find items for a paint party. Upon entering store #09348 I was greeted warmly by the employees. I asked for acrylic paint ? and a very kind lady showed me which aisle I needed to be on. She went over and beyond helping me and giving me ideas. I didn't see the paint trays and she stopped what she was doing to look in the back for me. I later found out that the kind lady that was assisting me was the manager of the store. She was getting off and I had a lot of bags and she even assisted me with taking my bags to the car. Kerna is a jewel and a keeper. Her store is very clean and organized in which I love.
Great customer service is rare now, but my experience at this store was exceptional and worthy of the praise.

“I shop at this Dollar Tree very often. I can usually find everything I'm looking for. I really like the staff.
The inside of the store is always clean and well organized. But the outside parking area is a big mess though. There's a lot of trash that needs to be cleaned up around the store and in the parking lot. Other than that, it's great!”

“I was they're shopping yesterday and probably was the nicest Dollar tree I've ever been to. The ladies that work there were excellent extremely helpful every time I ask something that I could answer for me I enjoy the experience I had there which I've also found that at most dollar tree is the workers seem to be happy to be there. It appears to be a great place to work for although I imagine the people that you deal with daily there could be quite the loan. But I wish I would have remember their names but I do not but they were great whoever worked the shift at 12:00 to 2:00 on Tuesday there especially the taller black lady at the register she was phenomenal. I definitely would recommend anyone and Thomasville around there to go there if they want a Dollar tree.”

Usually all the carts with stock are so crammed down the isles you can't walk by, nor can you find anything. At this location everything was placed exactly where it neededto be & super neat .Melissa, Krista & Kalee were friendly & helpful & super sweet!”

“customer service here is way better than the other two dollar tree’s down the road and many others ive been to as well. a whole lot cleaner, too just not always fully stocked. still have a great variety of deals and great buys, though. been going there on and off for some years now, some of the people who work there arent always very pleasant but those are the ones that seem to be a blip on the radar working there. any of the management has always been wonderful, especially the older woman with the short hair who i believe is one of the assistant managers. shes always hard at work and focused on what shes doing. also shout out to the store manager who is always an absolute joy whenever i come in and also always working her behind off to keep that store in motion!!”

He is super nice very friendly which is way different than other dollar trees. That man knows customer service and deserves a raise! I live in Trinity and will pass other dollars trees in my route to this one..”
“This Family Dollar is larger than most other stores if it's name, and also well stocked. We found things there that we had not seen in the other locations. Manager was nice to us too. The employees seemed happy to be working there. Overall, it was a good dollar store type experience. I'm sure we will be going back sometime again soon.”
“This is a new, very clean Dollar General. Does not seem to be quite as large as some others in area (could be wrong on that) but what a nice store! Lady at checkout was very nice and the card reader was brand spanking new and WORKED!Update: Just realized Becky runs this store. No wonder it is so good!!!”
“The young lady named Nikki has the most amazingly warm personality, I’m always greeted with a good morning, I know good and well I see her in this store at least 80 hours a week as this store is literally beside my home, I know that poor women is tired but she is so faithful to our community, she shows up everyday, always greeting everyone with such a warm welcome, never makes me feel like a bother when I’ve asked for help, I witness her kindness with every single customer walking that store. She is always running around cleaning, outside cleaning, putting up products, helping every person that seems to be lost and looking for items, always smiling while doing it, I’ve witnessed her helping elderly customers download and clip coupons to save every dollar she can for them, this world needs more people like her, and I’m so glad she’s here working in the community I reside in. I went from visiting maybe twice a week, down to everyday just to hear that warm welcome of hers.”
“This location ALWAYS has friendly staff working. Whatever manager does the hiring, they need a raise or promotion, they have a knack for hiring friendly staff. That is awesome with hiring customer facing staff.
Aside from the wonderful staff, this store is always clean and tidy, very easy to shop.
I realize store layouts and selection vary, but I often find myself disappointed when visiting other Dollar Tree's because their selection is never quite the same as this location. You guys have me spoiled and I like it.
This location always has a wait time for the register but that's because it is always frequented by a lot of customers, not much you guys can do about that (I work retail so I understand budgeting, etc)
This store always has a great look and feel and the staff align with the hometown feel that High Point has, keep it up!!!”
“This is a pretty nice Dollar General. It is usually stocked pretty full. They do need to keep their parking lot picked up. It looks trashy with litter strung all over the ground. On this side of town it seems to attract the undesirable crowd. I usually try not to go here too late in the evening.”
