“This was my second visit to this repair shop and I can't thank them enough. The first visit, they replaced a bad port on my husband's phone for a very reasonable price, (cheaper than anywhere else) and a very short wait-20 minutes. Today, I had a shattered screen with glass falling out. They replaced the screen, and again their price was 10$ cheaper than anywhere else I checked. The wait time was a little longer, but I was there at a very busy time of day, with lots of people coming in. I was very pleased and as always was treated with kindness. I will definitely recommend this shop for any phone repair. Thank you!”
“If I could give 100 stars, I would! I literally came in crying because my phone screen had been broken for a week and after about 10 calls to apple support and a week worth of stress, batteries plus fixed all my problems within an hour. Thank you guys so much! Forever a customer and will recommend to everyone.”
“I LOVE Terrell! He fixed my phone iPhone 11 Two times! I have brought my broken iPhone here 3 times unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the firs guy but…. I love him also! They are GREAT at what they do and…. they are fast!!!!! I was skeptical the first time getting my eye phone fixed because my daughter brought it here without my consent. When she brought it back, I didn’t have face recognition and it wasn’t coming up, but…. I blame my negative thoughts because it later came on, and all the functions. Now the 2nd and third time ….. I had the MAN, the SPECIALIST TERRELL fix it and…. EVERYTHING was working just FINE as soon as he handed it back to Me. So…. If you have issues with your phone I recommend going to Terrell and allowing his MAGIC touch to do what he does, to give you back your phone looking brand new and ALL information in tact! and working PERFECTLY! THANK YOU Terrell for being my WalkingAngel (friend in time of need) and fixing my iPhone 11 AGAIN! You do fantastic work!!!!! And…. I do LOVE YOU for fixing it and allowing me to keep my memories and important information safe! Terrell is in the Four Season Mall on the 2nd floor.- make sure you go see him.”
“My 20 year old dvd/vcr unit was dead so I headed to High Point Electronics. Entering the business I was promptly and politely greeted by the owner. Explaining my situation, he said he would check it out and call me in a few days. Very next day the owner called to say the problem was diagnosed and told me what the repair would cost. Picked up my repaired unit the following day and it has been working as it 20 years ago right out of the box.
Great service and I highly recommend.”
