I set in line for over 30 minutes because there was only one teller working. Then when I got waited on they charge me over 40 bucks to cash a check because I did not have a account there but it was their check. That’s what I call highway robbery.

I came here to close an account because I was not happy with past services. The only teller working both the lobby and drive through said I had to see a personal baker. There was one in her office with a customer. The other that was alone saw me sitting for 15 minutes and got up and left without saying a word to me. The lines inside were so long a customer walked out after waiting 30 min to see a teller! I also had to leave after 50 minutes of not being helped..... poor scheduling and poor customer service.

Went to make my son's truck payment and what a pleasant young man that waited on me at the window. Would highly recommend this particular location. I drove out of my way and what a nice surprise when I got there. After trying to deal with the Clemmons, NC branch of PNC, finally felt like I was been treated as a valued customer. I hope to be able to mail them in from now on but if he has to go to a branch, it will be the one in Archdale, NC.

Dont use this branch they waste your time and are incompetent. Apparently setting up an online appoint two weeks in advance means nothing because they dont even know they have em. They told me to come back the following day which i did even though i work 8-5pm. Then im told they need to use my debit card for the deposit but ill get charged a fee? Seriously? They never told me i needed to bring cash or a check for this to get it signed up. Amazing how other branches just charged the fee and didnt charge me a fee. Sure incompetence. Contacting the bank manager on this. No excuse.

They have always looked after me and made sure my account doesn't overdrawn and they call if it is anywhere near doing so. Super nice staff! 💜

The worst bank experience ever....my daughter's husband had passed away they had two young children when her sociasl security checks came I took her into my pnc bank here in archdale to open three accounts. It was 425 pm when we walked in. We told the girl at the counter we needed to open an account she looked at clock and said it was too late we would have to come back tomorrow. I said excuse me. She said it again. Well guess what we went across the street to wells Fargo and opened three new accounts all before 5 pm. So sorry pnc you lost their business..
