In the past Ive had excellent experiences with Wells Fargo tellers but on this day it was just plain horrible. I came to cash a check from one of my customers this is the reason I find myself at this Wells Fargo. Christina Fonner has poor customer service and a very condescending mannerism. Christina Fonner, is in the wrong business. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what her issue is. But that shouldn’t be a reason to treat customers the way she has. I was thinking in starting to bank with Wells Fargo. But I have a sour taste and will definitely not open a business account with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo need to vet this teller and give her some customer service lessons. If I could leave zero stars I would. Christina Fonner, gives Wells Fargo a bad name for sure.

New customer definitely won’t be back at this location. Arrived at 9:30am was told it could take over 2 hours to open a student checking acct. incompetent customer service can’t open accounts online if under 18 but told just go online and do it. We went to another location was served professionally and took less than 30 mins from walking in the door.

Attempted to cash a 10k check and was told it would take 2 weeks to get that kind of cash… 10k is chump change… very rude teller also.

My experience with this bank is really bad, you can never count on them, there are days when the workers apparently don't feel like working and they don't even say good morning, on the other hand to open an account or deposit money they always say yes but to collect a check they ask for all your documents which they don't ask to deposit but to cache they always have an excuse, it seems that us Latinos, the workers, don't like us very much since the treatment at first glance is nothing the same... they simply say yes when they want and they give you your money and other days like today they say no, the system has already changed and you have to leave without your money, the truth is that it is very exhausting to go there to make your day miserable. Other times I have been served by 2 Hispanic women who work there and I have left happy because they do their job quickly and very well but when I have to deal with one of the other ladies like Chistina it is terrible I can never collect my check from her the system always changes everything On the days when they serve Latinos, they should have more Latino people who are much nicer to customers and much more effective and excellent at their work, those ladies are already very bitter with no desire to work

I was visiting friends in Archdale and went to your branch. Cammie the gal who waited on me was so nice and helpful. I was confused on using my debit card, and she was very helpful.

We were visiting from out of town and I needed cash off my credit card. Cammy told me nice and loud that the credit card was "denied and the credit line may be at its limit". No help, no alternative, just told that once it was rejected Wells Fargo would prevent me from trying another card for 25 hours. Well, I walked outside and was able to use the ATM and get the cash - which told me she didn't run the card I gave her. I went across the street to the PNC Bank where the teller and manager were so helpful and I received 5 star service. They were fantastic. I got home and looked it up and sure enough the credit card Cammy said was "rejected" was never run! So basically everything she told me was wrong and she didn't do her job. Find some place else to go. When you are out of town and seeking assistance and to be treated like you are destitute and broke is simply pathetic.

I've been been with Wells Fargo for quite awhile and I have always been treated with the utmost respect. Marlon C. who works at their Archdale branch is the nicest and most patient person I have worked with. He really took his time to explain the services and other offers available. His customer care is outstanding. I honestly believe that more employees could learn a thing or two just by observing how he interacts with people. Wells Fargo you have a diamond! Do what you have to in order to retain him and others like him.
