I went into Best Buy on Saturday morning looking to purchase an iPad Mini. I was greeted when I walked into the store and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I told the guy, and he pointed me in the direction of the iPads and said that he would have someone meet me back there. I made my way to the back and was greeted by a smiling Taihron. Taihron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. (I'm not very technologically savvy.) He explained the different features of iPad vs. Samsung, per my request, even though I was pretty set on what I wanted. Unfortunately, they ended up not having any iPad Minis in stock. Taihron did not try to push me to buy another product, which I truly appreciated. He did explain that they could ship an iPad Mini to me, but I wanted to go home with it the same day. He was very understanding and let me know that he was here to help if I changed my mind. So, even though I didn't get the product I went in for, I left with knowledge and a feeling of contentment due to the conversation with Taihron and not having to deal with a pushy salesman. Side note, the store was clean, and all other employees I encountered were friendly as well. I'll be back!

I bought a pair of Bose earphones. I didn’t like them, brought them back and exchanged them for Shokz earphones. Best Buy made the transaction super easy!!

What a disgusting dump! Clean your bathrooms... toilets overflowing with excrement. Urine running across the floor to the drain. An empty store with almost no customers, but 20 employees walking around and not one can clean a bathroom. Other pictures too disgusting to post.Best Buy Rewards is a special operations deception farce. You will never see any rewards unless you use their card at their store. Using your own card (debit/credit) at their store will never amount to any rewards, but I guess everyone knew that, right?
