Highly recommend!! Warning light came on our X5 for an oil change due. We were vacationing to see the Biltmore. Dealer wasn't helpful. Found Bimmer Logic just 15 min from our hotel. Dan worked us in immediately!! Great service. Great staff.

My 2018 X5 needed the roof pan drain lines flushed and cleaned and Bimmer Logic got me right in and taken care of. Had them change the oil last minute and they were able to accommodate. Would recommend as they are very professional and communicative.

Betai, Dan, and the entire crew at Bimmer Logic delivered exceptional service on my M3. They expertly handled multiple oil leaks by replacing the oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets, along with completing other necessary maintenance items.
What impressed me most was their thoroughness in addressing every issue and their very competitive pricing. The service technicians are truly top-notch professionals who know BMWs inside and out. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and the follow-up was equally impressive.
Beyond just doing quality work, they really went above and beyond in several ways - truly going the extra mile to ensure I was a completely satisfied customer. This level of care and attention to customer satisfaction is rare to find.

Just had a scheduled major maintenance service done on my rare 2017 bmw 330 x drive wagon. These guys love bmw’s and know what they are doing. Upfront about pricing, had a nice loaner ready for us on arrival and detailed our car prior to pick up. . Went through everything prior to and upon pick up and told me no need to do the rear brakes yet . Very impressed with the care they took to explain everything and to hopefully keep our car going for another 50k miles.
I have had 8 previous Bmw’s from a 1987 325 ix to our present 2017 330 x drive wagon and have never worked with a shop or group of mechanics that exhibited this kind of service , knowledge and care. I highly recommend Bimmer Logic. So glad we found this shop after moving to Brevard NC less than a year ago. Easy drive to Arden and gives us an opportunity to do a little grocery shopping at Fresh Market and Whole Foods.

Great service! The guys are very personable, helpful, and thorough. They gave me great advice prior to purchasing a used BMW; explaining several things that I should look for. After I purchased the car, they gave me a full service, inspection, and report. I am very happy with the whole process.
