“Carolina Colortones contacted our home almost immediately after my post about being disappointed with the stain job on the siding we got. They were very gracious and apologetic. They are sending a refund for the stain and staining work, charging us only for the raw cedar. They would have taken the boards back to re-stain but we had already done the staining by the time we got the call. We had wood from them in 2011-2012 and again in 2019, both with the same color of stain (additions) all of which was great. This is super customer service. Judith Fain”
