Kind of bummed, ordered what I thought would be a new pair of Nike Metcons for in-store pick up. Paid for them, picked them up the next day, and they were visibly used sneakers, already worn in. Make it make sense!

Steven in golf department was one of if not the most helpful Dick’s Sporting Goods representative I’ve ever had pleasure of meeting. Gage as well. As a retired, 25 year Porsche representative, I am trained in customer facing positions within a company, and they both exemplified what that’s aboutalso Gage was extremely helpful and a credit to Dick’s Sporting Goods corporation.

The guys in the shoe dept was super helpful and nice. They went out of the way to help us find the cleats we needed. This trip was probably the best experience we had. Also the guy working in the baseball dept was pretty helpful too!

You need to send your sales clerks to school for consideration! Didn't see the fellas name on his shirt but he had a huge black mask wrapped around his head and was so rude. He refused to hand me my change and instead placed it on the counter. RUDE. If you are that afraid of covid STAY THE HECK HOME!!!!! Will talk to your DM

Love their products. Went there to get help with getting my child softball equipment. I never played softball. I asked 3 associates standing around if they had left hand throw youth gloves and they pointed and said they are over there. In a sea of gloves. I was asking for help and they stood around and laughed. While my daughter and I couldn't find what we needed. So off to walmart. ?

I know it's Asheville, but I never thought employees would be allowed to smoke their electronic marijuana devices on the clock. When I requested a fitting room, an employee (tag said Noelle) came out of that same fitting room and asked if I needed anymore help. When I entered the room, there was a strong marijuana odor and lingering smoke above. This prompted me to leave my items and exit with my children. Since this employee did not look too far off from my own kids ages, it was very disappointing to see. I already have to deal with children at school negatively influencing my kids. They should have never been exposed to something like that in a public retail store.
