Customer service gentleman was kind and helpful. I wasn't expecting that after my experience in Indianapolis at a Fed Ex. The only thing is that it is located inside a WalMart, so when I got there, I thought my directions were wrong! Nope right in there and not busy.

I thought I had received prompt, efficient and appropriate service. When I got home I more closely looked at my receipt and noticed two things. 1. the FedEx employee had not asked me the value of the package and put a very low value in (10) and there was a We Listen tab at the end that indicated I would receive a discount on my next order if I gave feedback. I am displeased about the inaccurate value entered without my input; the package was being shipped overnight to the Embassy of a foreign country in Washington. The agent should have asked me the value of the contents which included my passport!!! Hopefully the package will arrive safely and on time and this concern will be unimportant. It is annoying, however. Secondly, I discovered after I had given good feedback on the survey, the UNdeclared (by me) value was much lower than it should have been AND that if my next order is less than $40 I will not even get a discount! I am doubly annoyed.

This had been the worst service ever .. you can talk to people ..the phone service takes all your information then hangs up .. I have 3 packages that should have been here 2weeks ago .. all they can say is it on the truck ... terrible service
