All my requests were superbly handled in the time available and solutions fully delivered with a smile! The Geeks at Best Buy are the only ones I go to because they are the best in that market!

The store itself is OK. DO NOT, however, take your Samsung phone there to remove a Google lock should you lose your Google account password/ID. Though someone on this Geek Squad staff is an authorized Samsung repair person, they CANNOT remove this lock.

I just bought a new Lenovo laptop and the Geek guy set me 2 appointments in a row to go over details about it. There's much new stuff to learn. He was great, explained things in easy terms. Very positive experience.
