Todd Sharpe was very helpful with my taxes this year. He answered all of my questions and helped me understand my taxes and was just so very nice. If you still need to do your taxes please go to Jackson Hewitt on Hendersonville Rd. They are awesome ?

Expensive and nothing special. Really depressing office with brown walls and a dated not overly clean restroom. Hard to reach by phone.

I am so delighted that I went to Jackson Hewitt tax service. I Had never been to a tax service before. They were friendly and took time to explain things. I was relieved to get them done. Thanks to Tonia who did my taxes and George who I also met there.

My representative was very professional very thorough he explained everything to me even packaged my quarterly payment slips in in pre-addressed envelopes to be sent in was very thorough I highly recommend them

Went to the Patton ave location. My tax prep Kayla was the best I ever had. I wasn’t going to file with Jackson because of past experiences but she changed my mind. Very easy to talk to and really shows she’s working to give you the best refund available
