“My family came by here today to do some gem mining, only to learn that the building had caught on fire and there was no electricity. However, I called the number on the door and Rocky came by, let us in, and gave us flashlights so we could look around. He told us about his kind hearted, brave wife, who saved her animals over her own safety, shared stories about how he acquired some of the things in the shop, and gave us an amazing experience despite everything they are dealing with. We can’t wait to come back, buy a few buckets, and spend more time here!”
“I got my septum pierced two days ago, and yesterday one of the balls on the end of my horse shoe ring fell off. I was devastated because I was so excited to show all of my friends, and no replacement ball would get here in time. We called Empire and the man that picked up (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name) told us we could come by real quick and pick them up. He said he’d tape them to the door because they’re closing soon and he wouldn’t charge us anything. I’m so so grateful for his generosity, seriously a life saver.”
