Went to get a portable ac, but it wasn't in the place it said online. Had to get help to find it. Had trouble locating a flat dolly. Otherwise, it's a great experience. Self check out clerk was helpful to find the upc code to scan.

Staff isn’t friendly or helpful, told management that I waited over an hour for help to load a pallet of mulch I got told that they were “understaffed” and there wasn’t much they could do. Any time I’ve came even for the smallest reason it’s been an inconvenience.

If you know what you’re looking for it’s fine. It’s a Lowe’s and they have everything.
However if you buy online do not plan on it being ready that day. Or possibly even the next, or the one after.
Not sure what’s happened in the last couple years but online orders take multiple days to fill despite the app saying it’ll be ready in three hours.
I placed an order yesterday afternoon at three different locations. Both the west and east Asheville locations had it ready that night. I’m still waiting on this location to pull it.
I called this morning and was told it’s “in staging and just needs to be brought up front.” Apparently it takes at least 8 hours to move 4 items across the store. My wife ordered paint last night. Still waiting on that to be filled as well.
Do not order online from this store unless you’re ok with waiting longer than it would take to ship.

We bought a washer/dryer yesterday and Ana in the appliance section was wonderful. She was kind, honest and so helpful. We really appreciated her!

Severely unstaffed on a Saturday. Ran into trouble in multiple departments with staff not being trained to cut lumber or do forklift for stock. Out of stock on common items.

Good people, but this is a lost corporation. It is run by computers, set protocols, with nobody empowered or willing to provide customer service to resolve unscripted problems, management included. Do not trust their installation services.

I came in to buy patio furniture. Nobody could find anyone to help me. A very nice lady from outside plants came and helped me look for what I was looking for. It couldn't be found so shedid find someone to help. He was a shorter guy who needs customer service class. He had to go in the back bay area to look for it's. Was gone quite a while. I ended up getting the display table. He pushed the table out to my car and did not help loading my 2 chairs I bought. And he tossed the table in back and walked away. He stood there and watched me struggle to get the big box I. By Myself. He acted like he hated his job and didn't want to be there. Everyone else I encounter was helpful and friendly.

I recently place a $9000 order from the Hendersonville Lowes, and it was to be delivered. Placed my order in April with an estimated delivery date of May 20th. Day of delivery, the driver tells us we were shorted and I needed to call, so I did. My order was outsourced to the Lowes in Arden. So I had to speak with them. Could not get anyone to answer the phone so I went to the store. I had to go back 3 times that week to try to get things straight. We finally got our windows delivered. Minus one that I had to pick up from the store. Three weeks later and I am still missing $1400 worth of product. Within those three weeks, I made multiple calls ending in no one answering and being hung up on, left detailed messages for a manager to call me back and spent a hour and a half Monday to try to talk to anyone. I ended up going to HomeDepot for that material we needed. I came in today June 12th to cancel the missing product and have been sitting here for almost an hour. Will not be doing this again!

Worst store ever. Laughing stock of the lowes organization and a disgrace to home improvement stores. Rude and inconsiderate employees. This store should be ashamed of themselves. Needs all new staff or people that care about the customers. I will never ever buy so much as a screw from this lowes ever again. See below pictures. Damage flooring goods. Slate and a box of wood flooring. Do you want this garbage in your house?.
