Not happy at all with Michael’s… we visited custom framing department three days ago in Arden NC. We had a 29 x 35 inch print that needed to be reframed, they were having 70% off their custom framing, and our quote for the frame that we picked out was over $300 and that was with 70% off the frame. It was sort of a basic frame nothing extra extravagant so that means without the 70 percent off coupon it would’ve cost over a $1000 to frame the print!!!!! is Michael’s going bankrupt?? we went across the street to Hobby lobby’s custom framing, and we got it for less than $200 custom framed without any discount!!

Was in the store today and we found everything we needed and the employees were friendly. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the cashier ask me to put up my red carry cart. After my wife had just spent a good amount of money in there store. I don't think I should have to do her job! And p.s. I don't like the new self checkouts!!! Only 1 cashier WOW!

I was looking for a silicone mini loaf pan. At first I didn't think there were any, but realized what I thought was metal was actually silicone. It was gray with white speckles so I thought it was just like some of my other metal pans..until I touched it! Not only was it silicone, but the edges were sturdy making it easier to handle without wobbling.

I think his name was Shawn, but he was working at the front and was so nice and helpful with helping us find what we needed. He had a great attitude and such a friendly personality. Made such a difference while shopping!
