I had a terrific experience in this store choosing an office chair. Matt, an associate, was pleasant and helpful. Bob, the manager provided outstanding service. I took a long time to choose, ordered a chair, returned it because it didn't fit me well, purchased another chair, and Bob made all of this smooth and painless! He couldn't have been more gracious or helpful or thoughtful. I can't say enough good things about my experience at his store, the Office Max on Airport Road!

Came at 8:30 am. Nobody could help me. Asked about help and consultant told me to google. Showed me with his finger where I can fined stuff what I need. I understand that I should have helped myself but in this way I could just ordered it. I came to OfficeMax for help.Also I was desperate and didn’t notice first that they sold me different thing that I need. I had to come back to return it.I also work as consultant but I try to help people.
