Fairly decent location at Airport Rd. We were there letting the kids use gift cards they received at Christmas. Utilizing the clearance sections as much as possible helped with costs.

Staff was rude, talked very loudly with me standing right there saying “I wish I could yell we’re closed” it was 15 minutes until close and I was already on an in n out mission. It’s entirely unprofessional and provides a very unwelcoming atmosphere. You work in retail, you chose the job, either do your job and be a decent human being or find another form of work that’s not customer service ??♀️

The women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. My youngest daughter needed to use the restroom, we went in, and all 3 stalls were so nasty that I refused to allow her to sit on any of the seats. Not only that, but I couldn't wipe them off with toilet paper because whatever that was on them was sticky.We went across the hall to the individual bathroom, the seat wasn't much better, I ended up putting toilet paper on it because she couldn't wait for us to find a more acceptable facility to use. Unfortunately, we discovered the sink did not have running water; instead there was a giant bottle of hand sanitizer on the sink. Completely unacceptable, especially as replacement to hand washing after using the restroom!

Will basically run you out of the store within 10-15 minutes of closing and cut the music off 15 mins before closing. Time after time of going to this old navy it’s so disappointing and unprofessional every time. Don’t waste your time here!
