I dine at OG 3x's a week on average and usually get great service. However, my last dining exp here was not what I expected. I came in late Fri evening and understand they close at 11. My waitress, Camdyn, was attentive and somewhat friendly, but right before 11, just after I paid the tab with tip, she made suggestive comments that she was rushing me out the door. I told her I already paid the bill but she said she couldn't go home until she wiped my table. She also told me the restaurant was closed. So I got up and sat at a clean table and waited for her to say something nasty to me. She did not, so no harm no foul. I had another situation like this at the A-ville OG and the mgr told me that 's not OG policy to rush a guest. I asked when the GM would be avail and was told Mon. Usually I pay via Ziosk w/ the card and but from now on I'll be tipping w/cash and if the server rushes me, no tip. If servers are in a rush to go home, they should not close. Guests should be allowed to enjoy the atmosphere without the anxiety.

Great food, excellent service, and great drinks! Aleah was a great bartender/waitress (and quite creative!)

Waiter was super nice. Food was great. Only suggestion would be not to care too things in his hand. He was possibly too responsible for too much.

The minestrone was mediocre at best. Also, the spaghetti sauce was just OK. We were kind of disappointed with the food.

Nice spacious restaurant. Starts off with bread sticks and a large salad. The salad has fresh ingredients and a tasty dressing. Bread sticks are good. I had meatballs and angel hair pasta. Very good and a large portion. My wife had spaghetti and meat sauce. She thought both were very good. Service was good. We've made this one of our regular places to eat and think this is the best Italian restaurant in Asheville. And yes, that includes the very popular Italian restaurant that has a waiting line outside all the time. We don't like their marinara sauce.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.

Good food and great service. Met my expectations for any family themed restaurant owned by the Darden Group. So go ahead and enjoy.

This chain location was about the same as I usually find them to.be whuch is adequate. We had a new and inexperienced waiter for our table of 8 so naturally he fell behind, forgot who ordered what, forgot to return with requests for water, etc. He gave it his best and really was trying but just not "ready" to be turned loose to serve large tables
