Highly recommed! I have been a very satisfied customer during the 2 years that I rented a 5x5 climate controlled storage unit. I chose the location in Arden, NC as they were offering a great rate. Setting up the auto-pay was easy. Thanks to Ivan, the exit from the unit was graceful and quick.

I rented a one-way U-Haul from Kentucky to Asheville and dropped it off at Save Green Self Storage in Arden, NC. Ivan, the manager, went above and beyond to make the process easy. He noticed my rental would end after closing time and called ahead with simple, flexible options to fit my schedule. I ended up arriving while they were open, and he was just as helpful in person, quick, professional, and genuinely customer-focused. Excellent experience all around. A well-run storage facility with great service! Thanks Ivan :)

Leaving a 4 star because the units did not seem climate controlled, as promised. It was not an issue for me or my items. Overall, it was a great place to store my belongings. Would recommend and store here again, if needed.

These guys were mediocre until they decided to raise our rate by 50% without warning. After that, they definitely deserve 1 star,. As far as being mediocre, they were difficult to communicate with and had difficulty processing my payments and were completely inflexible as to types of payments.

Great service! Ivan was extremely helpful and answered all my questions without rushing me. From renting a uhaul to renting a storage unit, all has been hassle free with an extreme amount of help. The storage grounds, are super clean and kept nice. Resonable rates too!
