Went for car wash before the Huricane had reciept $16.0. Then after the Huricane it was down for 3 months. They said when it comes back on line to bring reciept. Paid for deluxe $16 just ask that they honor my reciept now wahes are less the manager Female said that was to long ago. Would not even give me a voucher for a cheaper was... Used to get gas and washes there but will never again. Today there street sign says $2.69 but at the pump they are charging $2.79. I guess they need new Managemnet....

The women that works the morning with red hair very disrespectful and having attitude throwing money at the clients and over all a mess if people don’t want to work over a counter they should have prepared there self early enough in life to be somewhere

Once I complained to the home office about not getting help with a refund, the store manager calls me to tell me she has my refund but that it was not their fault the gas was put on the wrong pump. Well, customers don't type in the pump that the money should go on. Once again poor customer service. Truly a disgrace!

Disappointing that the male cashier that they have right now feels the need to park his SUV n the handicapped space right by the door and is always trying to desperately flirt with women along with another employee as well.This station usually does have the cheapest top tier gas though. If they would just get rid of this sorry individual.

I called earlier said they were open till 2:00am. when I arrived I was told they had to close because the internet went down, which is understandable don't know why but understandable? However, they are most definitely never open 24 hours anymore and the hours open need to be adjusted for pretty much every gas station in Arden/ Fletcher/AVL airport area just needs to UPDATE THEIR HOURS... 8/19/21

It was decent as far as gas stations go. They also have an absolutely amazing mexican restaurant inside also. The staff is amazing the food is also absolutely to die for. Recommend everybody try the food there atleast once they won't disappoint.

It's seems for months that the diesel on pump # 12 has been down period, I've told the employees & one lady bagged it off plus said she was going to report it that was 01/2021, today it's 3/31/21 & it's still not working... They need to take the hose OFF until it's repaired !!I work in the Oil field/ Logistics & we own Shell branded stores. Not good operations....
