Kounty Line Shell station in Fletcher have a friendly staff, always greeted with a smile and a good morning, afternoon, or evening! Dropped children off at school by 8 am, drove to Shell for oil change and inspection, was done by 8:55 am, and price was reasonable $69 for both services with fluid top off! The mechanics are always friendly and fast with consideration for your time. Always a gem when I stop here.

I was treated very rudely by the manager who seems to be in a constant state of PMS. Here's the Shell Customer Service number. 1 (888) 467-4355 This nasty woman needs to be GONE!

This Shell gas station is ALWAYS the most expensive gas station in Asheville. It doesn't matter the time of year it is they are ALWAYS more than 0.50 cent more than the average gas station in the area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TOTALLY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT.
