Well, first of all, I pulled up the pump and I looked around sparkling clean. I mean, I could eat off of the blacktop not only to mention it has the best gas prices in town. I had to fuel up my gas burning vacuum that I use to vacuum in my coal mine, this is the place that I will give my business. A beaming light of the Asheville area is Shell gas station anyone that comes to Asheville should stop here.

This particular station consistently sells fuel at the lowest rate in the Asheville area. I drive from the north side of Asheville to fill up because I typically save 25 cents per gallon. That, in itself, makes the trip worth it. In addition, the staff inside the store are helpful and friendly.

Good morning!
I live in Arden, North Carolina, and as you know, we have suffered severe and catastrophic devastation from hurricane Helene.
On Monday, September 30 I went to your Shell location on Airport Road in Arden NC with hopes of fueling up our vehicle. Your employee Candace was working the parking lot coordinating customers so as to efficiently refuel each individual’s vehicle. She was like a “general on the battlefield”, except with a big smile and a warm greeting. I was in line for only 30 minutes. I was able to purchase $20 worth of fuel which is a lifesaver for my family. We often frequent this location and I can tell you that all of your employees are friendly and treat each customer as though we are family.
Thanks to Candace and your staff for the friendly smile during a very difficult situation.

Overnight staff tonight was a beautiful human. I traveled for 17 hours and needed something to eat for dinner(everything was closed at 1am). The inside of the store was closed and I asked him if he could just pick me a microwave meal of his choice. He came back to the window with his own sandwiches and blessed me with dinner. God bless this man and God Bless America 🇺🇸

It's a gas station, get your gas and leave. Idk why you would need to be parked here for over an hour it's already a tight space. Staff is helpful and friendly as long as you aren't abusing their facility.

No Diesel pumps. Not a homeless shelter. No homeless allowed. Good job catching thieves. Fletcher police responded quickly every Time. Thieves do jail time. Store presses charges including underage people.

Below 0 star !!Stay away from this gas station!!! The peeps that run this gas station is nasty rude peeps. They don’t let you park in their their parking over an hour, which in that case, She’ll you need to posted your hours of parking instead of choose whatever and tell the customer parking policy. Never again I give this gas station a penny of money .your tiny little gas is to difficult to drive and make turns. Plenty of other nice gas station I can get from. And to Shell cooperate, if you want your business to have a certain time of parking at the gas station, please posted parking time limit so customer know .

The attendant on duty was very nice.The pumps were very crowded, and the way the parking lot is situated it can make for interesting maneuvering to get around in.It would be nice for them to have more selection of snacks and drinks in the store, but I understand that they are located in with a Arby's.Overall, I thought I will be back.

Never open, door alway locked. Buzzer never works. When asked about it they say "shift change" but doesn't make sense since its all times of day and always at night as well. So why have store front?
