We were about to leave spectrum because of daily outages. Call spectrum was useless because we kept getting bots. Finally we got a human who arranged a service call for the next day. It took the technician, Josh, an hour or two to discover and fix the problems even climbing a utility pole. Today the system is error free. Thank you Josh. Our advice is to keep calling until you get a human and hope you get a tech like Josh.

The three times I visited in the last days--for a new phone--left me pleased with the help, despite and hour wait the first time.
The third time Cynthia once again smiled and worked fast, answering my basic questions. Rich helped about the difference between the Google calendar and the Android one.

I went into the store for a simple modem swap, and left with a better plan for less money! The staff said they had a hectic day but were still eager to help me even though I came in close to closing time, and additionally as a walk-in customer. Super pleasant experience!

I went to pay my bill at 11:20 am. The employees were very rude. Mean looks, mean body gesture . Didn’t acknowledge me or the older lady that came in after me. I waited 45mins to pay a bill and wasn’t able to because I wasn’t acknowledge. I’m a loyal customer and it’s not fair I’m getting treated so bad.

The sales team here that I’ve worked with has been phenomenal but the store manager JOHN is terrible. He wasted my time was rude and condescending. I will be cancelling my service as will my family…5 phone lines because of the terrible treatment I received. Spectrum just lost a 5+ year customer. Shout out to Cynthia and Austin who are both helpful, professional and exhibited great customer service. Either of these two could manage circles around JOHN.
