My first time going to this branch and WOW they sre so nice!!! i know most people that works in this kubd of business they have to be nice because of their work but this place is awesome specially Tyler!!! He helped me from start to finish and the patience that he has with everything is exceptional!! If you are looking for a phone service and amazing customer service go to this store and and you won’t regret it!!

I wanted to change my cellphone service from Spectrum to another carrier.
U S Cellular was on my list of possibilities, but I had questions.
Within a couple minutes, after entering the store and meeting Hillary Hunter, I knew that U S Cellular would be my provider for cell service, cell phones & accessories.
Hillary is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to 'connect' with.
Within a very reasonable time and price, Hillary had switched the service from Spectrum to U S Cellular for both my wife's phone and mine.
Since my phone was having issues, I asked Hillary to help me select a new phone. Using her expertise to match with my needs, and limited budget, she recommended the Moto G Stylus 5G.
My wife and I are now well pleased with our new U S Cellular phone service and I am thrilled by the performance of my new Moto G.

This store is a joke! In addition to the service that us cellular service is a joke. I can't wait to get away from them and go back to Verizon. There is no coverage ANYWHERE Their employees can only do one thing at a time very slowly. They act as if they are customer exclusive. BEWARE Only exception in the Black guy maybe Jonathan I want to say he is great. He should go work at Verizon

Highly recommend this store. Very respectful and nice employees, Nikki was very helpful with my problems and concerns, There was a Man training I didn’t catch his name but he was very respectful and helpful, answered everything I was needing assistance for. Overall very nice store and awesome employees!

Worst service ever. Called spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer hung up. Called back to the i want to buy a phone 45 minutes no answer. Went there after work walked in no customers there staff sitting around can't be helped to buy a new 1200.00 phone because I didn't have an appointment. Never going back.

I have been to other US Cellular stores in WNC, and highly recommend this store and Brandon, the associate who worked with us today. He helped get my partner’s number switched from Verizon to a plan for us on US Cellular as well as getting me setup with an Apple Watch. It was great…we were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I went to get help removing a virus like weather app that was controlling my phone. Within minuted Jeremiah deleted app and phone was back to normal.He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
