“The gentleman that help me was very polite and kind. If you're looking for thousands of selections this isn't the place, BUT if you're looking for quality liquids, I would highly recommend.”

“Visited purple discount vape and smoke shop this morning for the first time. Super helpful and friendly staff. Susan and Kayla were available to answer all of our questions. Not sure I have ever had such great customer service! We occupied a lot of their time with our questions and looking at a variety of vapes, styles, flavors. We will be regulars. Wish more businesses had the same customer service skills! Thanks!!!”

“This is the best legal hemp store in Henderson county. The workers are kind and knowledgeable. Also the only place with decent rosin, was a super fan of their in house pucks. They were done right. The WNC rosin is good but unfortunately I think their should be better QC at the source because although 9/10 the pucks are on point. I did get one today that was .4 short.. super bummed.. but I've seen a lot worse over the years procuring my smoke in much more unsavory places. Overall top notch place.”

“The staff and products here are high tier and wonderfully collected In this space. I’ve been shopping here for a few months now. Every time I go in, I’m treated so well. My first visit, I was supported by a LOVELY person named Jon (sp?). While I was there, another woman entered, needing help with her mother’s nausea on the way home from chemotherapy. Jon was very accommodating and fast to support. It was heartwarming. On other visits, another person with short blonde hair (I wish I could remember their name) has been so quick, informative, and willing to focus on my needs. The product line is heavily local and SUPERIOR to the other “smoke shops “. And they are often less expensive. Highly recommend!”

“I came in and purchased something. Well come to find out the product was messed up. I took it back inside and the young man working gave me a brand new product in return for the one I had purchased. No questions asked. He was VERY professional and only showed me the utmost respect. Well def be returning in the future. Thank you again!!”

“I went back and forth learning about vaping for a full year, the people there never tried to force me to buy anything and always answered my questions. If they didn't know the answer to the question they flat out said I'm not sure about that. It sucks that they had to take their website down. Good people decent price. This review was made possible by Steve-Scott.”

“I went with a buddy to Mary Jane's today for the first time, to purchase a pipe. Was warmly greeted upon entering by their nice young associate Austin. He was so friendly and helpful. My buddy and I had several questions for him as we're both new to a lot of the products being offered, and he could not have been more patient with us or more knowledgeable. Bright clean store. We left there feeling like we had a new favorite store and had made a new friend. 5 stars gladly.”

“Super cool place with great prices and a drive through. Deducting a point for the major potholes in the drive through and the smaller variety of powder kratom. Would be 3 stars except the staff are honestly the flipping best and a lot of the reason I keep coming back”

“After using another shop where I had purchased a mod and the coil needed changing. The clerk there installed a new one, which immediately read no atomizer. They told me I was s o o l. Took it to OG, and the salesman looked at it and changed the coil. No problemI have a new shop.”
