this is the worst pharmacy ever! they are closed on random days and not open during the hours they say they are. I once waited for 2 hours to get a prescription filled. they have weird rules that I have never run into at cvs and Bently at the pharmacy is apathetic and rude. I am going to go to CVS from not on. I once called the store to ask about the hours the pharmacy would be open and the lady said they were just understaffed because no one wants to work since Covid. Covid was 5 years ago now! This is such a poorly run store. I am very unhappy with this Walgreens. I have been filling prescriptions here for an about 6 months and it is such a hassle every time. wait times are always horrible. I'm done. just done.

I wanted to take a passport photo, but the service was completely unprofessional. The photo turned out to be terrible quality, with no editing at all. I asked them to send it to my email in digital format, and what I received was the same low-quality, unedited image. When I asked why, they simply said, “You can crop it yourself on your phone!” Is this even acceptable? It seems like they don’t care about their customers at all. Overall, I don’t recommend this place – neither the service nor the quality!

This store is the worst ever!! The service is terrible regarding the pharmacy! Never enough staff, short on inventory to the point of putting off an order! Not good, and they have had to close the pharmacy because of staffing shortages or issues. Got to find another pharmacy!!!

Wow, super happy to have such great service today at the pharmacy! Ashley, the pharmacy tech was friendly and Helpful and shout out to Maurice the pharmacist who evidently is a floater, but is cheery and friendly helpful and very quick! Very positive experience today! Keep up the great work, Walgreens

No pharmacist at this location currently. They also appear to be lacking on some of their stock items. In particular the ones that have a buy one and get a second one half price. Not sure if I will be going back to this pharmacy anytime soon.

Since moving, we have tried several pharmacies in the South Asheville location and this Walgreens is miles ahead of everyone else! They are accurate, helpful, convenient and most of all they actually care about their customers. We had some bad, and I mean really bad, experiences with multiple CVS locations and at least one other walgreens before we found this location. So thankful to have found them and we appreciate their care and professionalism very much!

Terrible pharmacy rude people try to get medication refill older lady pharmacy said to contact my doctor had her on phone and pharmacy would not talk to her pharmacist had a black guy try to initiate me by I could not use my phone there I'm filing a complaint with Walgreens corporate they should hire better people that help customer's

The service representative named Amanda was very rude and lied about the policies on returning items with a receipt. She was rude and disrespectful to the two individuals prior to me and it continued with me. She told me she did not have to give me her name and if I didn’t like it too bad, I am an employee of another Walmart and knew what she was saying was incorrect.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 3 years and have found it to be very user friendly. Much better than my previous pharmacy. They have always taken care of my prescription needs when or before I needed them. I find the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The auto prescription refill system doesn’t always work like it should but I hope it takes some burden off the employees which I believe it is intended to do. These are good folks doing a difficult job to say the least.

Super annoying and disorganized pharmacy. They try to force your refills every 30 days, even after being asked to turn off automatic refills. Today I get a voicemail from an guy in their pharmacy saying they have refilled my prescripton yet again, despite the fact I never requested this and specifically told them not to refill until I request it again..He said I have until 7pm to pick it up or the medication will be returned..So I called the pharmacy and a different guy (native english speaker) answers and tells me that I had just got a reminder call, the prescription wasnt filled again, and I dont know what Im talking about. He was extremely rude with a condescending tone and sounded like he was intentionally crinkling paper loudly on his end just so ge could act like he couldnt hear me, like a child. This pharmacy is either completely incompetent and/or serving the profit margins of big pharma with complete disregard to patients requests or needs. What an absolute clown show.
