I just moved here from Kings Mountain recently. I like The Walmart in Arden. But their are things I like things I don't like. The store is very clean. It has a huge parking lot to. Self Checkout doesn't bother me like most people. Let's be honest to. Just because their wasn't self Checkout doesn't mean they would have enough registers open regardless to. If you can find staff their nice but like all Walmarts. Dollar General good luck with that. And BTW so many things locked up. No one is stealing hair clippers. Not happening. But overall id recommend it. Still this to. You think your saving money on Groceries compared to someone like Food Lion your wrong

Amazing as always! Lots of parking, quick easy self checkout and Great prices! I have noticed recently that, Arden Rd store anyway, is out of Great Value items a lot!

This is the most pathetic HELL to shop especially for senior citizens. Extremely long lines and everything is do it yourself. Then you have to constantly dodge and accommodate online order fillers.

Always welcoming with smiles at this Walmart. The customer service is usually very good. 7/19/24 just want to say the new set up looks like it benefits both customers and employees. Nice work. I like the wide aisles. Although most of the employees look so tired. I wish they could get a bit a of time off, but I guess we all wish that right. God bless

On several occasions I’ve gone to use the self checkout only to be rudely told that despite the green light indicating the stall being open, and the screen being on and the same as all of the other open ones I’ve ever seen, that it is in fact not open. Once it was a plastic bag draped over the hand scanner, another it was an upside down basket that apparently makes this super obvious and me an idiot for misreading the other, clearly obvious signs that it was open (green light on post, screen on..) If it’s broken, fine - but the poor attitude that I’m somehow supposed to know what these unique “signs” that it’s actually not open. Different employees but same demeanor. If you don’t like customers or the general public, go work in the stockroom. Also - train your employees how to use the built-in indicators that the corporation has collectively decided to use as opposed to whatever “sign” the person on staff for that day has decided to use to show that its ‘not open’.

Had a pick up order & six items were left off the order. I went into my app to report them missing and got referred to customer service. I then checked my email and they told me that the store deemed that I picked up all my items. I’ve called 6 times in various departments trying to get someone to answer the phone. No luck.
