I'M TIRED OF THE STUPID KIOSKS!!!Get some people back on the cash registers as I do not work for Walmart nor do I receive a discount for checking myself out .. I will should start rewarding myself one item for every ten that I scan if I am going to have to be checking myself out

No one at the check out had picked out several items basically a whole cart full of merchandise. Went to check out not one cashier line was open. Just self checkout . I can understand using self checkout if I had a couple of items. No problem I left the cart full of My items In the non Self checkout and went to one of your competitors store. They appreciated my business .

Today’s early morning pickup was insane. I sent someone to pickup an order for an advanced cancer patient. They pulled up to a crowded pickup, tried to check in on app, called the posted number and other numbers, no one ever answered any phone. we used the chat for help - nothing could be done from the chat. they went in to the almost empty store -with a dozen polite employees near the front not busy. they were not allowed to take the cart out on their own, and had to go wait at car for over 45 minutes, for an order that had been ready for at least 20 minutes before that, according to the Walmart text and app. Meanwhile Walmart sent a reminder text to please come pick it up! The pickup person lost their available time to purchase a couple quick things for themself- they had to be waiting at the car.A 10-15 minute wait would be acceptable for a fully ready order at first morning pickup but this was just too stupid. To wait over 45 when you have come into the store and would like to carry out your order?!The visit with the advanced cancer patient will be cut short. I would have canceled this order so they would have had some time to visit. Not only did we get no kind of estimate- Walmart is sending texts reminding us to come pick it up!At least target will just cancel your order if they can’t handle it. But to have so many polite and available employees and not even send one of them out to speak to all the cars at pickup when the store is clearly not busy. Use some common sense.
