Wells Fargo and their customer service is pathetic. As a long time customer, being treated as horribly as I have is unjustified. I’m sure the millions of fake accounts they opened, and billions of dollars in fines has contributed to this mess.

I like wells fargo but the company I work for deposits there 3 times a week thru the the ATM in the drive thru. Well yesterday that ATM ate one of the checks and I went inside to see about it and they told me they don't control that ATM only the one attached to the building. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. The manager should at least have a key to open it for these kinds of issues. It's not like the ATM is freestanding in a parking lot. It's technically attached to your building now my company has to jump thru hoops to get the check out of the ATM that isn't good customer service

I have never had a bad time coming to this branch, but especially today when I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and quick.

Deposited a check for someone just now, They tell me only $400 of the $601 is available today. WHY? We're not talking about a check for thousands of dollars, her money should be 100% available now. Why do you screw with your customers like this? I've never banked with you, I've heard all the awful things you do, now I have a little first hand experience. Wells Fargo is trash

This have been the worst bank that I have had in my entire life, customer service is even the worst, not to mention the discrimination that you can feel right when you walk in I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Today I tried to deposit $70.00 into their ATM the ATM proceeds to take my money no credit to my account and then the machine Jams up in the middle of the process.I go in ask for help they tell me it will be 7-10 business days before I receive a credit to my account I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years but instead of making the customer whole again they say hey wait 7-10 days I’m glad Wells Fargo has enough money to wait but people who work hard for there money shouldn’t have to wait when its the Banks Fault thanks so much Wells Fargo my 3 kids love waiting too.Greedy Corporate America.

Only time I go to a branch, only branch in the area open til 12pm, get there and doors are locked an hour before close, a guy in the car next to me says he's been waiting since 10am. I'm figuring by the reviews they're going to reply with some general blanket excuse. This is why I stick to mobile banking, branches are pointless these days. When the branch gets shut down, then they'll cry blasphemy and unfairness. Show up.

Terrible customer service at this branch. I was given a personal check and it cleared both banks, Wells Fargo added the check to my overall balance. But they put a hold on the available balance not just through the holidays but a full week past ,so now I have to wait two weeks to get access to my money. Meanwhile it's the end of the month and I have bill's due. This shows you how bad they want to collect overdraft fees. Please take my advice and never do business with Wells Fargo especially the Arden, NC branch

I like the overall operation of this bank and have no problems with the staff who are very capable and friendly. But I really wish you guys would get your ATM serviced properly. Many times I have arrived at night only to see ATM Out of Service or Deposits Out Of Service. You have two ATMs however tonight one of them was completely down and the other one wouldn’t take deposits. Which means I have to drive five miles to your next WF if I want to deposit a check. I get a regular check that the phone App can’t read and I work at night so I sleep during bank hours. Also I have had to pay a non WF ATM fee at another bank if I need cash and then YOU charge me a fee for not using your ATM. This isn’t all the time but enough times where it’s becoming a real nuisance.
