Its getting very frustrating. There has been no tire shine on the passenger side for roughly 6 months & all I hear over & over again is that the repair request has been submitted. Plus the prewash spray at the entry seems to be out of order more than the McD’s ice cream machine. I pay for 3 memberships. Do better.

I was hoping for an undercarriage wash, but this car wash does not have it, and the attendant can only pre-spray your driver side tires. 😒 I drove my F150 through for the basic package price of $18.
