I was in a bind, my vehicle was twenty years old and needed to be replaced. With the help from the sales team we found a truck that fit my needs and budget. Also I have a warranty that is extended for 175,000 miles. I am very pleased with this dealership.

My 2018 F150 taken to service department for diagnosis of periodic starting problems on 2 January 2024. . The same evening at 7pm, I was called by a third party to Asheboro Ford, named Laurence asking if I wanted to trade or sell my truck. I couldn’t believe that my contact information was given to him. When I approached him the following day, he informed me that he was trying to conduct business and I had interrupted him “ for nothing “. Finally the cashier came over and admitted she had emailed my information to him. She apologized. This is unacceptable procedure. Please review your procedures for sharing contact information.

Second time there for an oil, change and tire rotation with my premier service agreement and was surprised that amount of smoke coming from my engine bay After the service, engine oil all over the engine, and, of course, spray down the whole length of my truck underneath, air cleaner, left unsecured and half open, no oil, change, sticker replaced, And with all that, I believe I did not get my tires rotated either, had to clean my engine bay and truck after and ensure that oil filter and oil pan, drain plug were in fact, tight and That the oil filter had actually been changed also. scary to go to a dealership and get poor service like that

I fell in love with a used focus RS they had for sale, I contacted Chris and talked with him about my situation. Being a Ford tech in another state 3hrs away, I wasn't able to find time to get down there and pickup the car. Chris offered to personally drive the car to me. That meant the world to me!
