I don't like going to the dentist but Aspen makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend to others!!

Normally I don’t do bad reviews and I feel this is going to be hard for me. My husband, just needed a cleaning. At the first visit, they told us what the insurance was going to cover after ex rays and seeing the doctor. They suggested to check for $30 dollars with a light if he had cancer in his teeth. My husband has perfect teeth, not even a cavity. They suggested a cleaning and after all we paid almost $300 which they told us how much was going to be after. They said is their policy to charge after treatment, what if I don’t have the money ? Today we went for a second appt and after we paid everything they told us we were missing the $30 dollars fee. Immediately I requested a refund. This people can steal your money blindly. Be careful.

I was impressed and the visit was educational for me! Courtney is awesome!! So is the other pretty young beautiful red head that took my x-rays. Courtney got me to calm down and relax. I want her to always be my dental hygienist! She didn’t hurt me once. 1st time visit went well. Perhaps a bit pricey.

Doc Katie and Dental assistant Faith are awesome. I mean the whole staff here is awesome, but Doc Katie and Faith made sure I was ok and was very patient with me. And she's fast it was over when I thought they was just getting started. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Definitely will be where I go from now on

It is an absolute nightmare dealing with the Asheboro Aspen Dental location. They forced my wife to pay for services she and her insurance policy already paid for from a service from MONTHS prior, and refused to allow her to attend her appointment that day until she paid again. My wife got the insurance company on the line and had them confirm with possibly the least competent people on Aspen's payroll, Ashley and Heather, and even after hearing from the insurance company that payment was already sent to and received by Aspen Dental, Ashley STILL made my wife pay in order to be seen for her appointment. She promised to return the overpayment once it was confirmed (again?), and we haven't seen anything of the sort.I had practically the same situation, in which I attended my appointment and paid, as did my insurance company, but they took the cowardly way out and sent me an additional bill afterwards.They even had the nerve to place a ban on my wife, my kids and I simply because my wife asked why she was being charged again for something that was already paid. After investigations so far, it has been found that the dentist Nayan Patel signed off on this decision, though he wasn't even present during this situation.It's also been discovered that the services being provided here are not in line with what they're charging people! We found an actual dental facility and are receiving ACTUAL dental services there. Change still needs to be made at Aspen, nobody should elect to pay for services that are mediocre at best.

After my first initial visit, 2 weeks prior, I learned that my insurance wasn't going to cover but $1000/yr. Therefore I wanted to change by dental care plan. I was informed in order to do so, I would have to schedule an appointment for another consult visit, which will charge my insurance over $100. I do not understand why this appointment is needed, did the Dr.not write suggestions and notes in my folder.

Many years ago I had a very bad experience with a dental visit. Dread and fear caused me to hesitate having dental care seen to. I finally had to make an appointment with someone and found Aspen Dental in Asheboro so I worked up the courage and made an appointment.With nerves on edge, I went in and was greeted by such a friendly, smiling person who immediately helped make me feel at ease. The wait time was short (which helped a lot) and the rest of my appointment went very nicely. Everyone was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. When the procedure was finished, I could honestly say I never felt a thing. This boosted my confidence so much that I think the apprehension is gone and my next visit will be just as nice.As for the office itself, it is immaculately sparkling clean. Not a hint of dust anywhere (not that I looked very closely) The atmosphere is relaxing and I feel that the entire experience is geared towards the client. In my estimation, it's a huge success.Thank you so much Aspen Dental and everyone who works there for a great experience! I shall return!

My wife was given an initial dental exam with x-rays. Instructions to remove partial bottom plate prior to exam and she placed partial on table. At the end of exam, no one could locate wife's lower partial. Informed today ( several months later) that it was our word against theirs word, who is responsible for losing lower partial. Principles mean something to me but not to Aspen.

I always try to be positive when I write a review. This might be difficult for my Aspen Dental review. I needed a dentist and I still am on the search. I know that things have changed in the dental world. The front staff were were nice and helpful, but that’s is where things changed. The hygienist seemed aggravated and inexperienced. Also they seemed to do procedures that lead me to think they were padding the insurance claim. I had less X-rays when I was in a wreck. Now came the biggest shock. They had neatly itemized my upcoming appointments and the price of procedures. When I looked at the total, the person said that lots of people have sticker shock. I will pass on being a customer and tell everyone good luck if they decide this is their dental office.

I am so pleases with Aspen Dental! Everyone there has been so nice and has treated me like they have known me forever. Dr. Patel has eased my anxiety and is very professional. For once in my life, I enjoy going to the dentist. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

Clean friendly dentist office. Seemed like I spent too long there but it's the dentist office. I'll go back as long as they accept my insurance. Really no problems, it's just hard to right a glowing review of the dentist! If you need dental care they can handle it.
