Jose is a perfect salesman. He knows everything I need to know about phones and other things. He just knows his job. I can recommend him to everyone. We used to go to Apex and there were only problems there.

I had a fantastic experience at the Asheboro AT&T store! Traded my phone in for an upgrade and left with a new phone and a lot of additional helpful information. Shawn was patient, super helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I took advantage of all available discounts, which was awesome! Couldn’t ask for more helpful and friendly service!

Shawn was incredible, I was not in the best of moods when I arrived at AT&T, yet Shawn made me feel like a valued customer. Shawn continued to follow up with me until all my concerns where corrected. This guy should be teaching a glass in customer service absolutely exceptional!

This place lost my trade in and didn't document it. Authorized an upgrade plan without My consent, manager said he couldn't do anything about my inaccurate monthly payments.

Kalil was very professional and very helpful. He told everything we needed to plus more. If you want to get service with AT&T which I recommend you do ask for Kalil.
