“Earlier this month I noticed an oil leaks under my vehicle and made an appointment to have it fixed at the Asheboro location off 49. Service was fast and reasonably priced. After picking the car up, I noticed the smell of gas which I found was common with the work that had been done, due to an o ring that could be bad. Called back and explained to David the issue and he apologized and had me bring it in the same day. Within 20 minutes, he called and said they found an evap sensor hose had came loose and the problem was fixed. After driving home, the car smelled like gas for a few days and I chopped it up as just needing to burn off. Called again and coincidentally Dave answered and had me bring it back once more. They found that an o ring was bad and replaced it quickly. Dave checked for the smell of gas throughout the day and called to tell me it was ready for pickup. Before I made it out of the parking lot, one tire went down to 24 as it had a screw in it. Shamelessly, I walked back in and they quickly patched the tire. Though a long few weeks, I can’t complain one bit with the service and help from David and others at this location. Even having a run of bad luck, I’ll continue to bring my vehicle here.”

“good experience purchasing car .However when you take care to service dept you never know how experience be ..I just picked up my 2017 nissan versa .I took it in for oil change possible A/C condenser problems..was told hoses were clogged and they have water that was leaking under dashboard fixed.once I got home noticed A/C vents the shades of it missing car was dirty on floorboard which indicated to me they did not take the seats n console out as they told me they did..and oil wasn't changed..a 3 point system check was done which I didn't request nor told they were doing it ..idk if it needed to be done b/c of reasons I had originally asked to repair..very disappointed”
“I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience with Candy the General Manager. She went above and beyond trying to help me find the warranty on my battery so that I wouldn’t have to spend any extra money, very friendly, both her and David.
I would highly recommend getting any parts for your car at the advance auto parts on Fayetteville st.

“Battery to my truck had died while in town today, leaving my family and I stranded. We walked to the nearest auto parts store which was AutoZone. There we met Santos and Larry which volunteered their services to us after purchasing a new battery. They gave us a ride back to the stranded vehicle. Santos installed the battery and ran a test on the battery, starter and alternator. My wife and I were very impressed with their professional service and kindness towards us.”
