“Now I've been to a lot of Auto Parts stores, but was very surprised at the service at this O'Reilly store. Shout out to Jerry! This guy is an awesome guy! From the initial call, finding the parts I needed, to me getting there and seeing him help 3 people at once! My issue was easy, but having an older vehicle some parts are just not available. He was able to clearly explain what my issue looks like, and how to resolve it! This store has the best customer service in the area! I have made my mind up to go to the Asheboro store over Greensboro Randleman Rd, and Meadowview!”

“Arrived at tail end of a severe thunderstorm that had caused multiple outages nearby and reboot of their point of sale system. We were visiting from out of town and needed a battery installed. They were able and willing to do install despite it still raining. The staff were all super friendly, customer service oriented and did a very thorough job of cleaning corrosion from old battery. In addition, the manager even gave us a sale price on the battery. Highly recommend this AutoZone”

“My friend and I were on our way to the beach for a girls weekend when her car went into limp mode. We hobbled off the highway and happened upon Thomas Tire and Automotive. We had my friend’s cat with us so they gave us an office where Lucy could get down and move around. They, of course, were very busy but set to work to find the issue. We needed a part that they had the local dealership deliver. Long story short, they got us back on the road quickly and we very kind in the process. Thank you so much for your kindness and expertise. “good experience purchasing car .However when you take care to service dept you never know how experience be ..I just picked up my 2017 nissan versa .I took it in for oil change possible A/C condenser problems..was told hoses were clogged and they have water that was leaking under dashboard fixed.once I got home noticed A/C vents the shades of it missing car was dirty on floorboard which indicated to me they did not take the seats n console out as they told me they did..and oil wasn't changed..a 3 point system check was done which I didn't request nor told they were doing it ..idk if it needed to be done b/c of reasons I had originally asked to repair..very disappointed”
