“Pete diagnosed the problem. He described the repair process, parts required and gave me an estimate of cost to repair. Upon completion of repair, he described in detail what he found. All of this was done before he asked for payment - which turned out to be the same number as the original estimate. Pete is a great guy and great mechanic. His shop is one of the cleanest I have seen - a sure sign of the pride and quality of their work. I highly recommend him.

Yesterday he called Thomas Tire Automotive to let them know that after they worked on his truck that it stalled again. Tomas Tire Automotive told him if it breaks down again to just call a tow truck and being it in. R +D Automotive gave him a replacement vehicle and Thomas Tire Automotive gave him the run around.”

“If you want to have repairs done right the first time, Tommy and Derek can do it …they replaced two engines in two of my vehicles and they know what they’re doing … Only problem, they do such good work. They usually carry a two week backlog to get in the shop. But it’s worth the wait, if you can.”

We had my friend’s cat with us so they gave us an office where Lucy could get down and move around. They, of course, were very busy but set to work to find the issue. “I’ve been coming to this shop for the past 6 years for a car that has done nothing but give me trouble since day 1. Never have I returned to this business because of something they have done wrong, my SUV is just known for problems. Greg has always been amazing, kind and gave me a better than fair price. He has always shot it to me straight and never encouraged me to do anything he didn’t feel I truly needed. If ever I was financially struggling he let me know if the repair needed to be done right then or if it could wait. I was so saddened to find out he recently had a medical issue and had to step back (hopefully temporary) and was worried the next time I needed service that I wouldn’t have the same open dialogue with the rest of the guys that I had with Greg. That was absolutely not the case! ALL of the guys there are genuine, kind and truly care about Greg’s business in his absence. No one is there to scam you out of money or make a quick buck or fix something that doesn’t need fixing. They are all very respectful and you never hear vulgarity or anything unkind come out of anyone’s mouth. I have had inspections done there, thermostat replaced, an oil leak repair, transfer case, windshield wipers replaced, alternator, something having to do with a gear misfiring or slipping (heck idk I’m literally just a girl in distress half the time). No matter what I need they are always quick to fit me in and help me! No one likes to spend money, especially not on things you can’t see and don’t feel rewarded on after but if you need car repair these are the guys to go too!”

“I’ve taken my vehicles here several times on the advice of the diesel mechanics where I work. The first time I took it in I figured if other mechanics used Wayne for their gas powered vehicles then he could be trusted. He put a computer on my motor for a lot less than what I was quoted at other places and I’ve never had another problem. Since then I’ve taken my vehicles there for other reasons and he’s ALWAYS done a great job and his repairs are very reasonable. I hate to say I highly recommend him because it may be harder to get in to see him next time! But I do highly recommend him!!Service: Engine repair”
“Just dropped my heads off for a 3.4 v6 Camaro to have resurfaced and only charged me 150 for both heads and to have 4 bolts removed for only 10 bucks each!!!! Very nice people I highly recommend I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!”
“Tony and his crew. Repaired my electric window wiring for my driver side front window. That was not going up or down. On my Ford f150 xL truck. They knew exactly what was wrong when I told them what it was doing. With the other windows working ok. They were both very professional and it only took them a few hours. They had to trace down the wiring and found and repaired several wiring issues. They went above and beyond my expectations and I am very happy with their professional skills and workmanship. I have 3 vehicles and thank goodness that I have not had any repair issues until now. I am pleased to say that I have found my new auto technicians. And will be using them in the future when needed. They are doing my inspection on one car next week. It's very rare to find someone who you can trust. Especially with your vehicles. I will be sure to send my friends to them if needed for anything. “Made an appt by phone with Steve, but never met him. We arrived and he didn't greet us, hand us off to another salesperson, or even follow up via phone (He was there the entire 1.5 hrs we were there to be clear, and definitely made us second guess shopping there as a Black and queer couple). Mind you we drive all the way from Charlotte. Very unprofessional. Anyway, Mark was our salesperson and Zach stepped in a few times to assist. Some moments of confusion like, at first telling us they don't accept wires, then backtracking days later. They did hold the car for us since it was Friday evening and we needed bank open. Signing and paying downpayment was pretty simple. Tyrone in finance was amenable, wasn't too pushy on the extras. Even Tyler whonfieled all our calls was professional and polite. While the ink dried, I asked if Mark was going to get all the credit, and they said Steve would also get credit. We mentioned that it didn't seem fair to Mark. Magically, Steve shows up and finally greets us, days later, and after Mark did all the work, answering questions, taking us on test drive, negotiating price, etc. All in all, decent experience for the universally terrible experience of buying a car in the US in general. We are happy with out new Subaru.”
