As a manager of a business in asheboro I wish I could give them no stars. Have been with them for years and have had nothing but terrible experiences. A bank that seems that they would watch the business struggle to get what they need than to let them get something as simple as change. The should be no reason for me to have to have the account number my ID and have to now come to the buildingas now i have been banned from the drive through . I would understand if I was pulling money out of the account but a simple money exchange seriously. I never have had this problem with any other bank. Worst bank for business owners.

Slowest BBT/Truist I have ever been to. They never have enough tellers for the volume of people in this bank.

The suntrust across the street closed due to the merger, but this location didnt add hours or a second atm? Now it serves twice as many people and there were already long lines. I didn't expect that truist would have 2 branches side by side but they need to provide more access or locations for customers, instead its wait in a long line or drive all the way to greensboro or liberty.

If there is a line like this at the atm every weekend perhaps you need weekend hours. There is not a line like this on the weekend at any other bank in the area

they closed my account because I no longer had direct deposit from my work and they said that to have the account active I had to have a minimum of 500 dollars with a charge of 12 dollars per month that that was the only account they could give me for now that I had from years ago they closed it to me just because I no longer had direct deposit from my work

I called the Asheboro branch today for help with two different issues I was encountering (at no fault of Truist). My call was answered immediately. When the associate felt it was a question for another department, she stayed on the line with me until the other assisting department answered. She fully explained my concerns with the on-line representative, and we continued our conference call until my issues were resolved. Both associates were so helpful, so professional, and so efficient, even when it was then, past their closing time. Sincere thanks to Allison and Kayla for your help today. Asheboro Truist is blessed to have such a caring staff who provide the best customer service.

I have had nothing but issues. I was having issues before with Suntrust, but now its a complete nightmare! I could not get on my account, so I tried to check password and user name. I got a message back saying I can change user name and that my old one was not even the one I had been using. When I called to see what was going on, the lady said she saw nowhere where my user name was what I told her it is. It honestly is as if someone changed it through the bank. I was pretty much made feel silly, or that I forgot, but not once did she wonder how I was getting onto my account prior if my user name was wrong before now. UGH! Now I can't get onto my account , nor deposit money. I'm so upset over this!

One of the worst BB&T‘s there is they never have enough help your weight time is always approximately about 45 minutes regardless of what you’re doing I had a close in account because my mother passed away they had me wait almost an hour and 30 minutes just to do that that is ridiculous do not recommend this place one bit obviously it’s not a good place to work now you got no help but they don’t have no problem taking our money

The reason I’m giving them 1 star is due to the lack of consideration to working people. They don’t open on the weekends and close too early. You’ll have to miss a day of work or you will be stuck in the drive through for more than an hour. It is the equivalent of having one person serving during lunch time( busiest time). Also the app to scan checks can’t read very good.Update: after 1hour and 28 mins they told me I couldn't deposit my check because it has the name of the company I work for under my name and because of that I needed a business account. Nevermind that everybody else that i know didn't had any problems with their banks. It was a Christmas savings check.

Extremely rude lady over the phone, I just had a few questions about a loan. I would not recommend BB&T for anyone especially this one in asheboro. I don’t see why they keep people like that.
