This used to be a great store to run to for a couple of grocery or hardware items. I’ve been going there through the last couple of management teams. This latest lady that is often there is awful. She doesn’t open the store on time. She gives dirty looks when a waiting customer barely taps on the door for her to open it. Today, someone clearly had been smoking in the bathroom. She has a terrible attitude.Since the one self-serve register has been broken for over a year, I planned to use the other one which today, suddenly, had to sign on it that said five items or less only. So I stood at the counter and waited. I could hear her moving things around. I gave her a chance to finish what she was doing and finally rang the bell. I stood there for another several minutes, hearing her moving stuff around and not bothering to say I’ll be there in a minute or nobody is going to wait on you so you might as well go to the five items or less register or anything. I rang the bell again. Rerun of the whole incident. So I decided to go ahead and use the 5 items or less register regardless of the fact that I had 20 or more items.As I’m finally ringing out my groceries, a man came in and grabbed something To buy. As he was standing behind me, waiting For me to finish ringing my groceries, she came up and told him that she would get him at the main register if he wanted. It was all very snarky.Besides the fact that two of the packs of bacon that I was looking through looked like they had been unsealed and left that way for two weeks And that the milk from the store never maintains It’s freshness past a day. Haven’t bought milk there in months. Just no need to waste the money on it. I’ve been stopping there less than less, but I think from now on I will just drive 10 more minutes down the road to Food Lion.

Awful customer service. I believe it was the manager who was at the register. Asked for a price check on 3 kitchen towels and would only price check two of them and threw the other to the side and said "I think that's a different price!" So I had to specifically ask her to check it. She was so rude and threw my bag across the counter at me.People in customer service need to learn proper customer service . Its sad that workers are the reason businesses get bad reps because of the rudeness.

Wow every dollar General outta butterscotch I can't find it...not in archdale highpoint Lexington or Thomasville nc .i eat alot of butterscotch it keeps me from smoking.well dollar tree it is.they have candy so does roses.dollar General prices r thru the roof ima on fixed income and I can't afford ur store..all these stores here have bare shelfs. Ur loosing alot of customers....????GOD BLESS YOU... MERRY CHRISTMAS

This is worst place to shop at they have the back room open out side that’s dangerous while the girl Emma running through the store she hit my daughter back foot !!!!!!!! I won’t be back to this location : they are also rude and they bang the products against the counter when I checked out .

They closed the door right in my face at 7:55Pm. Very rude. There was no signs saying they were closing early.

Just a few minutes up the road from me. Always a great experience every time I shop there. Kyle and the other employees are always so kind and helpful. Unlike other Dollar Generals, this one actually cares about their customers.

Big mess putting up stock. Many employees but not one to run registers. Kept hearing doorbell ringing for service through store. When checking out.. There forgot one of my bags. Got home. Called for 45 min. Phone off hook. Called another store to see if they had a contact #.no but would contact there rep.. Not happy with service...
