This is the worst haircut I have ever had! The lady was not at all friendly and my hair was not cut like anything I had asked. She took off the cape without even drying my hair and wanted $30 to “style” it. All I wanted was dry hair and some hairspray. I will NEVER go to any Great Clips again!

Checked hubby in online. There was a 16 minute wait, but he proceeded to the store anyway. Phyllis took a person who walked in at the same time but who had not signed in yet. Three other people walked in and were taken in immediately while he sat in the waiting area. When he asked why, the stylist was rude and blamed him for not saying he was there. Ok. Mistakes are made, but being rude is not necessary.

great clips Is the best place to work for,and to get ur hair cut! great stylist who really care and have beautiful hearts!We listen to the client and their needs followed by an excellent hair cut and I couldn't be more proud to work for our GM and owner who also go above and beyond.

Mid Week Wednesday from 10:15 am to 12:15 pm I called 11 different times in 2 hours. All I wanted was ask if a certain person was working "today" as I only like her to cut my hair. No one would ever answer the phone... I'm done with Great Clips and moving on to someone else.

Very unprofessional called six times in one hour no answer so went up to the salon. Waited 10 minutes before anybody came up to me as two ladies were talking then was told there was a 45 minute wait with two people inside.
