Harbor Freight is always sending out these deals and coupons to lure you into the store.
Then when you get there the item is either out of stock or the fine print makes it ineligible.
The free items are consistently out of stock during these promotions and no rain check is offered but a substitute is offered in these cases. I had been told in the past no substitution.
I am an inside track member and pay extra for special deals and free items.
If I’m paying for something then it should be available or be given to me when it is back in stock.
If this is consistently happening may want to look at stocking more of these items in the future.

I find places with tools are like Chucky cheese is for most men. They have a variety of hand tools in different grades of quality. I have worked on cars in almost every aspect. I have used and own snap on , matco,Cornwell kobalt and so on. When buying a tool keep in mind how much you will be using it and if owning it will save you time and make you money.
