Sarah! Is amazing. I came in with a broken necklace and she explained to me that I had a warranty and it wouldn’t cost anything to fix my necklace. She was super nice, sweet and understanding. Definitely needs a raise!

Kay Jewelers is a really great jewelry store. They are helpful and welling to explain everything and willing to work with you. Their manager Matt Riccardella is a great person and they all work hard. Definitely come see them and check them out.

First time visiting that store and was extremely pleased. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Stopped in to clean my ring and ended up buying something because they were so helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry.

Stay away from this store when buying jewelry! Purchased a 14k gold necklace and 5 months later, it just comes apart and falls in the shower floor! “Thing” at store said it “it looked like the solder broke and they could send it out and have it soldered back”. I’m no jewelry expert but I don’t think gold rope chains have are soldered together link by link! May be that it is not real gold, but I am going to find out! Save your money and buy jewelry from a reputable dealer and not a mall kiosk !

I don't know who they contract with to do repairs or custom work. All I know is my parents sent up a piece of rose quartz to be set in a piece of jewelry and it came back as pieces of plastic glued together. It was an heirloom that my grandfather dug out of the mountain himself.

I went to Kay Jewelers to have make rings resized. Matt was awesome! He was very helpful and made the process super easy. He even got me scheduled for my next cleaning and maintenance. Then he helped my mom with replacing stones in her mothers day ring that fell out. Very helpful and will definitely go back
