Francisco was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. This was our first time buying a mattress and I was honestly dreading the experience, expecting it be similar to how stressful and drawn out the process is at a car dealership, but our trip today was completely the opposite. We enjoyed looking around at things, did not feel pressured in any way to buy more expensive products, and left feeling super confident and excited about our purchase! If we need anything else mattress or bedding related, we are highly likely to come back to this store.

Hey all we've spent the afternoon with Dave and Marvin at mattress firm Asheboro having a great time figuring out which sleep system will work best for us. We're ending up getting a silly posturepedic hybrid in both twin and King to replace old day bed and our king bed or because of the sale they got going on now we're getting free adjustable head only bases which is awesome David Marvin helped us stay within the budget that we had for these two beds to include the adjustable base if you're looking for a new sleep system this is the place to come.Thanks again Dave and Marvin from Bud and Deb

Great experience from entering the store to delivery. In the store, Dave quickly assessed my needs and got me to the right bed in a few minutes. Actually, it was the very first bed he showed me. Dave was extremely professional and courteous. The delivery team of Craig and Ty were the same. I highly recommend Mattress Firm Asheboro.

We went in just wanting to browse mattresses and look at prices. Marvin gave excellent customer service! He helped us narrow down what we were looking for, within our budget and let us try out the suggestions. We went in just planning to look but decided to purchase right then due to him going above and beyond to provide amazing customer service!
