Great staff ! The young lady who assisted me today was AMAZING ! Smiling, happy to help, friendly and a FANTASTIC resource for information not only on the stock and offerings at the store but on the area for us new " transplants" . Do not go to this store! They are not responsible for any defected devices not even help you! We buy a home Internet device and the dice failed 18 days after the purchase we bring it back for exchange they send us to call an 800 number after several days main metro office told us it is a responsibility of the store to give you new divice Still dealing with that issue till today I'll up date as far as this matter resolves

Felipe was so wonderful when my grandma and I came in totally clueless about what was going on with our phone service after moving from FL. made my beat up looking phone brand new with easy accessories. He was fast efficient and sweet when helping us out. Thanks Felipe!

Almost got scammed today by older Hispanic gentleman. I came to the store a few days prior to inquire about the cost of the promo to transfer line in to get the iPhone 11. The associate from earlier in the week quoted a price ($170) and so I came today prepared to spend that amount. When I arrived I told the older gentleman everything I wanted and what I was planning to spend.. we finish acp process, transfer line over and he somehow fixes the price $40 over the original quote. I left and came back with my mother who speaks Spanish and somehow he changes the price to $180. I then found out he initially charged me for a charger I didn’t ask for and I didn’t tell me. Sketchy if you ask me. It’s unfortunate that

Felipe is always hard to deal with. He’s always the only person there and gives you an attitude. Was on the phone trying to contact Verizon to send a pin and he got in the conversation giving an attitude. We told him we’d come back tomorrow for the 2nd time because the 1st time he said it’ll take an hour and they were about to close yet we went to another metro in Salisbury and the lady was quick and got it done in 15 min. Today when we went we told him we’d be back tomorrow because we had to get to work and then he gave us an attitude and told us whatever and shrugged saying you should’ve called from the other phone and all extra things. WORST METRO LOCATION.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady was more than happy to attempt to charge me 75.41 to activate a cell on a 30.00 total plan with 5 gb of data. . I came straight home and activated my cell online for 30 bucks period. What a rip off she attempted to pull on me. Gonna take this as high as I can to report it.
