Went in to the store as a last attempt to resolve. Everyone working there was so kind and listened empathetically of my situation and when I explained what happened with a warranty return, they explained the process clearly as to what may have happened. They took down my information and assured me they would look into it for me. The manager followed through with her word and contacted me back today with a resolution. By far the best customer service I’ve had.”
“I was reluctant to go to the Verizon store in Asheboro but I made an appointment and went in. I will say I was pleasantly surprise. The staff were all very helpful and the sales associate was not only helpful but enjoyable to chat with while my new phone was loading. Would recommend the store and staff to anyone.”
