I am not someone who wants something for nothing, but I do want what I earn. I am a treat rewards member. I went to PETSMART and bought a muzzle, $12.99. When I checked out I used $8.00 in points and got the muzzle for $5.34. I had to return the muzzle as it didn't fit and they don't carry the needed size. I got back my $5.34 but I am out the $8 in points. So PETSMART got back the $12.99 muzzle plus kept my $8 in points. Not happy!

I got my Husky groomed here today. Her appointment was supposed to be yesterday, but an employee was out due to illness. The groomer, I believe her name was Alyssa, was absolutely wonderful with my girl. Stella looked great. Will definitely be back.

They've sent fliers and called us about walk in grooming services all summer. We finally pack our dogs up to come by and they have one singular employee working the groom room at 11am on a Sunday. How is anybody supposed to take advantage of this so called walk in service if it doesn't really exist?

Fantastic grooming appointment with Hayleigh! She was great with my 2 pups and was very nice. It's great to see employees who clearly love what they do!

I’m giving five stars because the store is clean, the staff is often really kind and helpful, and you can find the basics of what you need for your pet here. However, this isn’t a full Petsmart. There’s no animal adoption section or anything like that, the only animals they carry are fish. Their selection of things outside of food and toys is going to be more limited than a full store.

First time here. I had to drive 55 minutes, to get my clowder of cats their cat food (purina pro plan wet and dry) as the petsmarts in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Lexington and so many more towns are out of the purina pro plan cat food. Why? I don't know. I ordered online and purchased more when I got to the store.
It was easy to get to. This petsmart is small and I had a hard time finding the cat food section. I finally found the cat food way in the back. The staff wasn't welcoming as well.

We go here to get our kids cats and dog their food and toys. They have a great selection and they are very helpful if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your pets needs.

My dog had surgery and I knew the cone of shame wouldn’t work. Great staff at store, they helped me find options. We found a great alternative to the cone.

We little Lucy is a rescue that is very skittish. Hayleigh took her time and had our furbaby grinning (yes, grinning) in no time! Hayleigh did a great job and Lucy looked amazing!
