The only reason they are getting even 1 star is because of the extremely nice lady in the office. The mechanics are full of themselves. Very arrogant ! How does a front end alignment turn into a $1200 bill without even 1 phone call to the customer? $250 is the legal limit with consent from a customer. Do not do business with them unless you want to get reminded how you are beneath them.

Tried to use this business. Very nice at first but more questions you ask the more that niceness slowly starts leaving... Crazy from a prior shop owner, how current shop owners don't understand customer's perception(only their own)and as soon as it gets difficult for me to hand you mY money which btw that's why I'm calling you/coming to you is for a required service you provide only to leave and know that not only will I never use you but also vote against you in a conversation.
