The store and customer service is great! There is a wide variety of things in store and a lot of things on sale. My only complaint is how long it takes to get medication filled at the pharmacy. I understand some pharmacies may be short staffed, but it takes me hours to get my prescriptions filled whereas at other pharmacies it takes an hour or sometimes less. I hope they get the staff they need soon, because that would definitely make this location 5 stars for me.

Friendly atmosphere, very clean, large variety of medical supplies, over-the-counter medications. The pharmacy is nice. They have women's and men's skincare products and a variety of perfumes and colognes.

I would go here if my new insurance was accepted. I love the customer service here. They never rush me and never make me feel less than for asking questions unlike other pharmacies. I will miss walgreens so much. If my insurance changes again I will make sure walgreens is included in coverage. They always go the extra mile to make sure I am being taken care of even when switching to a different pharmacy. Thank you Walgreens.

We know when u pick up the phone only to immediately put us back on hold, then u answer I can hear your conversation in the back ground with a coworker I say hello and put back on hold

I went to the one in Ramseur, NC. I had to come to this one because the manager at the other Walgreens has no idea how to run a store successfully. This will be my store from now on. I drive all the way from Ramseur because this one was very accommodating.

Was at drive thru to get prescription at 7:59pm, blinds pulled and no service to get prescription. Went inside lady leaving was rude and stated she did not pull the blind til 8:10pm, it’s not even 8:10 as I type this review… poor customer service everywhere these days.

I love walgreens on dixie dr they are there for there customers i had lots of problems trying to get my medicine i went there and i dont worry any moe cause they do there jobs Thank you dixie dr walgreens

Spent at least 30 minutes on the phone before anybody answered. My prescription was called in at 3:30. It's 6 pm and still don't have it.

I recently visited the Asheboro Walgreens and was so impressed! The store was well-organized, the shelves were stocked, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was able to easily find exactly what I was looking for and employees were there to answer any questions I had. The pharmacy staff was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to fill my prescriptions. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service.

What a lack of making bussiness and customer service.I made 2 purchases a few days ago, and when paying for the second one I realized that there were items that were on special; They were some chocolates, gummies, and some cereal snack bars that were to expire this month, which is why they were on sale. I asked the cashier if I could make another purchase to buysome of those food items, but she told me that I had already made 2 purchases and they did not allow more than two purchases per day, I told her that those products were going to expire and maybe no one else was going to buy them and she just ignored me, she pretended not to listen to me. I mean i would understand the point of two transacctions and when there is people on the line, but the store was empty. At the end, they're losing, because at the end of the day, they are not selling those products that were about to expire and probably nobody will buy them and they will end up throwing them away. It makes me not want to go to that store anymore."Business is business. "
