It was ok. Alot of stuff that was worn out torn and should just be thrown in the trash instead of being sold. If you are looking for a quality thrift store find . Skip salvation Army. It's the junkiest thrift store in Asheboro. I know they try to do a lot of good. But the quality of goods they sell are very poor. They are worn out torn missing pieces. I'm not trying to slam them I just don't understand the mind set of selling trash. First time I had been back in this store in 2 years it was still the same. If looking for quality I recommend skipping Salvation Army.

Very friendly employees and very helpful. The atmosphere is always upbeat. Many days they have beautiful music playing in the background. I donate my charity items to the Salvation Army Store only. They truly help the community. Their operation budget is very low. I have bought many nice useful items. Those that are environmentally concerned should donate instead off filling the land field. It is a win win all the way around.

Great thrift store — best prices in town. Best to show up early and/or visit frequently to find the best items. There are some regulars that are obviously buying items to stock their flea markets or stores or whatever. Friday is the best sale day (“double tag day”) and usually very busy.

This is a good place to donate old children's clothing and used children's furniture to. As far as charities go, the Salvation Army appears to be legit. With 82 cents of every dollar that's donated to this non-profit going directly toward program services, they seem to be a pretty trustworthy organization.

They tried to sneak a more expensive item into my stash so I complained but before I got my refund back they started checking out the next person in line so I made a comment about waiting. Then after I left the manager told my mother I disrespected her employees so don't come back. Everytime I go there , I get over charged. This time it was by four dollars over an ugly shirt .So bait and switch?
